Challenges
Every kitchen installation presents its own set of practical challenges. For this project in Bedminster, the key considerations were:
- Working within an L-shaped layout that required precise corner fitting
- Ensuring the dark granite worktop joins were seamless and properly sealed
- Coordinating appliance installation so the built-in oven sat flush within the cabinetry
How We Handled It
Base units were levelled individually before the granite worktops were measured and cut, ensuring no gaps or uneven joins
Subway tiles were laid in a brick-bond pattern with consistent grout lines across all walls
Appliances were checked for alignment within their housings before final fixing
Materials Used
- Gloss white/cream slab cabinetry with chrome bar handles
- Black polished granite worktops
- Grey gloss subway tiles
