Challenges
Every kitchen installation presents its own set of practical challenges. For this project in Southville, the key considerations were:
- Achieving a clean finish on the oak worktop edges, particularly around the sink area and any peninsula or breakfast bar section
- Ensuring the square ceramic tiles were laid with consistent grout lines across all splashback areas
- Integrating a 5-burner gas hob into the oak worktop with proper cutout and sealing
How We Handled It
Shaker doors were aligned individually, with cup-pull handles positioned consistently across all drawers and doors
Oak worktops were sealed with oil, with extra attention to the hob cutout and sink edges
The sage green wall colour was coordinated with the cream cabinetry and beige tiles to create a cohesive country-inspired palette
